50th Annual Conference

This year AABS will be celebrating its golden anniversary at Shocco Springs on March 4–7, 2012. The theme will be "Celebrate Your Calling" with Scripture focus being Romans 8:28.

Conference Personalities

General Conference Leader: Dr. RoseAnne Coleman

In her memorable presentations, Dr. RoseAnne Coleman uses the Bible, humor, and personal life experiences to delight and draw in her audiences. Born in Sylacauga, Alabama, Dr. Coleman grew up a Southern Baptist preacher’s kid and “graduated” thirteen times from Vacation Bible School. She also has a doctorate in English from Middle Tennessee State University and over ten years teaching experience in public schools and over twenty-five years in local, national and international Bible studies and conferences. As a listener noted, “Dr. Coleman is not your average Bible teacher.” One explanation is that she simplifies the Scriptures and helps people grasp the Gospel so they can see God in everyday life, in everyday experiences.
